Refunds are not available for the following circumstances: Change of mind. Item or the item's condition not as expected when relevant information is in the listing.


Claims must be made within seven days of receipt of item. Photos of any damage or disputed condition are to be emailed to [email protected]. In case of item not received, a statutary declaration may be requested prior to refund being issued. The item must be returned in the condition it was sent from Manyhills before any refund is issued. We suggest using a tracked postage solution when returning a item as we will not provide a refund for items not received by us. Items are considered receipted 3 business days from sent date in Vic, NSW, ACT, SA, and Tas and 4 days in Qld, NT, WA.


Orders returned to us via Australia Posts Return To Sender Policy. If you wish an item redelivered the following redelivery fee must be paid prior to redelivery within Australia. $10.00 for under 500g parcels $15.00 for over 500g parcels As Manyhills is charged for original delivery as well as a return postage charge any parcels which are returned to us which buyer has not requested and paid for redelivery of within 30 days will receive a refund of 50% of the original purchase cost back via paypal or cheque.
